Levis is one of three siblings who were enrolled at the City of Refuge so they could have food, an education, and spiritual guidance, three things their family could not provide on its own.

At the City of Refuge, Levis has all three, plus a soccer field, which matters a great deal to a ten-year-old boy who loves the game as much as he does.
