Volunteer

You can help — and it takes more than money

IMI seeks to feed, clothe, house, and educate orphans around the globe, and that takes willing and talented Christians as much as it takes dollars. Your talents, your skills, and your business resources all have a place in this work.

Beyond the checkbook

Six ways to serve

Individuals, groups, and corporations are all invited. Pick the one that sounds like you — or invent a seventh and tell us about it.

Fundraise

Rally your church, workplace, or friends around a project — a well, a building, a safe house. You bring the people; IMI brings the plans.

Raise awareness

Share the Cities of Refuge story and the warning signs of trafficking. Awareness is free to give and priceless to the child it reaches.

Donate goods

Clothing, supplies, and equipment all have a place on campus and in the safe houses. Ask first — the field team knows exactly what is needed.

Organize an event

Host a dinner, a drive, or a gathering where Tom can share the vision. Events turn one supporter into a room full of them.

Lend your skills

Bookkeeping, construction, sewing, marketing, medicine, agriculture — whatever you do well, the ministry can put to work.

Partner your business

Corporations and business owners partner with IMI on projects and resources. Self-sustaining ministry speaks the language of business fluently.

Why it matters

Every ministry here started with a volunteer

The farm in Honduras, the safe houses in four states, the wells in eight nations — none of it began with a budget line. It began with people who offered what they already had: a skill, a Saturday, a network, a truck. The City of Refuge model turns those offerings into institutions that keep giving for decades.

If your gift is time and hands rather than organizing and connecting, consider amission tripto Honduras or Missouri — it is volunteering at its most direct. And if your gift really is giving, the donation centerturns dollars into farms, schools, and safe homes.

Tell us how you want to help

Send a message and the team will find the place where your gifts meet the mission's needs.
